Seeds fit for human consumption, whose high levels of nutrients (protein, calcium, iron, potassium, vitamins A, C &E…) offer many health benefits;
A build up of carbon, found in limestone deposits, increases the pH of the soil, and therefore acts as a powerful and sustainable natural fertiliser for tropical environments. The fertilisation of the soil can contribute to the swift and sustainable regeneration of endemic forests, as well as supporting the development of agroforestry strategies;
