La segunda actividad, una formaci\u00f3n sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n de la \u00abpasta de achiote\u00bb, fue un \u00e9xito. Al poner \u00e9nfasis en la receta, la estandarizaci\u00f3n y las normas de higiene, esta formaci\u00f3n fortaleci\u00f3 las habilidades de los participantes.
