Founded in 2016, the Finkafé Company has experienced quick growth in the marketing of coffee grown by local farmers. Still growing and deeply concerned with the sustainable development of market gardeners’ farms, the company impacts the same watershed area of the Valle Ubiriki cooperative, another partner of the “Agroforestry and coffee” project. For Envol Vert, setting up activities with Finkafé is an opportunity to irradiate throughout an agricultural area and thus to stimulate interactivity between local actors and neighboring producers.
