The multifloral honey from Montes de María is a 100% natural product, harvested by committed peasant families working with Envol Vert to protect the tropical dry forest.
It is characterized by a sweet, floral, and slightly tangy taste, an amber color with reddish highlights, and a smooth texture. Thanks to its natural composition, it crystallizes very little.
The bees feed exclusively on wild flowers from the forest, an ecosystem under threat. By producing this honey, communities support conservation: the bees pollinate native plants, and sustainable production generates income directly linked to forest protection.
The honey is extracted through centrifugation and filtration, with no added sugars, and is ready to be consumed as a natural sweetener.
Each jar supports the associations partnered with Envol Vert and reinforces a model where local production and conservation go hand in hand.
