Suzette Yucra

A social communicator passionate about interculturality and citizenship, Suzette believes in the power of communication to bring about positive and lasting change in our environment.

Envol Vert’s mission, which combines the conservation of Amazonian forests with the sustainable development of local communities, resonated deeply with her convictions. Throughout her career, she has accumulated solid experience working on key issues such as health, education, housing, and conservation, both in the public and private sectors and in international cooperation.

Currently, as part of Envol Vert’s permanent team, Suzette leads the communication strategy for the ConBosque project in Peru and Colombia. Her goal is to build participatory and sustainable communication that not only highlights the project’s achievements but also empowers and positions local communities as the true protagonists of the conservation of their territories.
