Sale of seedlings and organic inputs
At the heart of Envol Vert’s field projects lies the forest nursery where the bonds of work and community are forged. From this small-scale venture to create nurseries, comes forth the seeds which grow into the forest planted by the community. Growing seedlings requires knowledge, devotion and love. Project participants also learn how to make organic inputs, fertiliser, natural insecticides and apply more ecological techniques to their plots of land.
From this commitment and effort dedicated to the nursery springs the opportunity of selling these products (seedlings and organic gardening products) thereby generating additional income which encourages the efforts being made and makes it viable over time.
